• Anolon Suregrip Bakeware is constructed from heavy gauge carbon steel and coated witha non-stick surface to allow easy release of food, every time. The particular type of nonstick used on our bakeware is a combination of silicone and polyester, which provides the ultimate "slippery" surface for easy food release, while the polyester reinforces and strengthens the silicone so it releases quickly, for longer.
• The heavy gauge construction provides excellent durability and helps prevent warping, while the 2 coat nonstick process creates an even more durable surface.
• Anolon bakeware gives you continuous food release and due to its heavy gauge, provides even cooking all the way across the surface of the bakeware.
• The silicone rubber handles featured on the Anolon Suregrip Bakeware, are innovative, durable and ergonomic to provide a soft, safe and comfortable grip. 
• Anolon Suregrip Bakeware products are oven safe up until 260 degrees.

Warranty and Care Instructions

• Anolon provides a lifetime warranty for all of their Suregrip Bakeware items, which guarantees you a lifetime of satisfaction with your Suregrip Bakeware.
• Never use your Bakeware in the Microwave. Use of Non-stick Cooking Sprays are also not recommended.
• Before first use, and after each use, wash pans thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Do not use Oven Cleaners to clean bakeware
• Avoid soaking pans overnight. Dry promptly and thoroughly after washing.
• Although the Anolon Suregrip Bakeware is suitable for use in the Dishwasher, handwashing is recommended. Do not use Dishwasher detergent tablets, as these concentrated cleansers will damage the finish.
• Please note that over time, the pan will darken. This is normal, and will ultimately enhance the pan's performance.
