Circulon's exclusive "Hi-Low" food release system has been improved even further than before, now outlasting and out performing all other nonstick cookware ranges. Circulon Steel Elite is made from high quality polished stainless steel for timeless good looks and durability. It also features stunning combination stainless steel and glass lids, allowing you to monitor food without lifting the lid, locking in nutrients. Each pan features an impact bonded fully stainless steel encapsulated aluminium base. 18/0 stainless steel makes them suitable for all stovetops, including induction. Cast stainless steel and silicone handles are riveted for maximum durability and provide a soft comfortable stay cool grip. All products in the Steel Elite range are oven safe to 200º celsius.
