The Laser Controlled Edge is sharper and stays sharper longer than most steak knives and has a more consistent blade angle. Henckels High Carbon No Stain Steel is Friodur® Ice Hardened so the blades have no stain properties as well as more blade strength plus improved resistance to corrosion and pitting. The Super Bolster and Full Rat-Tail Tang provide weight insure safety and add balance.
