Marcato’s patented “Wellness” rollers lay at the core of the Atlas pasta system. They’re fully adjustable to 9 thickness settings and they feature a state-of-the-art design that prevents sticking and eliminates oxidation during rolling. Framing the rollers is the cast stainless steel body and a rugged drive train of case-hardened steel. The entire machine is guaranteed for 3 years, but it’s built to last a lifetime. Crafted in Italy.
